Yoga has changed my life in a whole new different way. I love this practice, and would love to share it with every-body. We all come in different shapes and sizes. Some of us are more flexible than others, and we all have different needs. This is why it's so important to cultivate your own practice, even in a group class setting. Have fun, be curious, and always listen to your body. Beginners are always welcome in my class - especially those who have less flexible bodies. Since I have first-hand knowledge of what it's like to have not-so-flexible body, I can totally relate!
